I would like a refund of the payment that I made

After you take out a new subscription with Genes Reunited,  there is a 7 day cooling off period. As long as you haven't used any of the core services, i.e. you have not sent any messages or viewed any of the records, then you are entitled to a refund.

We will not be able to refund you if you have used any of our services since taking out your subscription.

The cooling off period does not apply to renewal payments made as part of a continuous payment authorisation. 

If you want to ensure that no further payments are taken, you can take off the continuous payment option from your subscription by clicking here.

Please contact the Customer Support team if you no longer wish to subscribe to Genes Reunited and if you believe that you are entitled to a refund.
