It looks a beautiful day out there, blue sky and bright sunshine, but I don't know what it feels like outside.

Stuffing is very popular with daughter here, as long as cranberries are not involved.
If we have any left from a roast meal, she will eat it cold, perhaps even putting it in a wrap :-0

Interesting that the usual bought packs of Paxo or similar are sage and onion.
My mother had firm views about what was 'correct' with certain meats.
Sage and onion was for use with pork, whereas parsley and thyme was correct with any poultry.

I buy Paxo sage and onion and use it regardless of the meat. Also I dollop mint sauce on me roast spuds as well. :-D

Backtracking, it was Rive Gauche Belle, I was thinking of with the blue bottle. ;-)

Been to Tescos together with the world and his wife. Wasn’t planned but son

requested something for christmas day and tesco’s allegedly had one of the

ingredients. Oh no they didn’t. :-0 :-0 :-| :-|

never liked stuffing, christmas pudding/cake or mince pies but had to eat some just to stop herself from badgering me about them. Thus she got her way with a self satisfied 'I knew you'd like it'. Needless to say, I don't do christmas.
Doesn't stop me from wishing those who do a happy and enjoyable day - no need to return, I'm an (almost) all year happy person. I'm nearly up to par again. <3
