If she died prior to the begining of the NHS then her death would go un-noticed,as in 1948 as free health care came into force,each person had to register with a doctor so if she didnt register she wouldnt be known about.also on its release Kathleen was still below the 100 year closure..


Edit---Also some records will remain closed for a while because of the many thousands who emigrated after 1945,,the GRO has no confirmation of when these people passed away.

The family later moved to Edmonton (listed on the electoral registers at 79 Chester Road).
