Yes that's her she had daughter Sarah Ann Jarrett @ 1849 she is with Thomas Burnett (Banner) and wife Mary in 1851.

Elizabeth marries Thomas Jarrett- as marriage above in 1848. Thomas dies between 1848- 1851.

Elizabeth remarries- there are lots of errors on this transciption- I can't see the original, but I'm hoping the original gives her father's name as Banner (not Brown). Her husband is actually Walter (not Walker):

Looks like the marriage for Thomas and Elizabeth is incorrect! Sargent's Mum never appears as Elizabeth in any census- always Mary.
