Hi Maddie Thank you for all your work the above all fit with things I have also recorded so do you think that the first mentioned census was recorded wrongly and Richard was married to Agnes and she was not an inlaw as started and that agnes and the daughter Elizabeth may have died pre 1911 or after.I am positive he did not marry my grandmother as she married many years later under her maiden name and there is no record of a marriage to Richard but she did have children to him and he died at her home. |

if richard was married to agnes he may not of been free to marry again, could explain why no marriage to sarah can be found.I don't think Agnes was an in law because of the age gap. |

I could not find the Richard of Westmoreland after 1861 .Could not find his death either,so he could have moved anywhere and could be hard to trace as there are so many with this name. |
