You seem to be the only member with Phyllis in your tree.
I can't find a marriage or death for Phyllis either.

Unlikely that anyone with a connection will just happen by your post Phyll.
You can try clicking on Search - top right of this page and then Search all members trees. Input the details you have and if any matches show up you can click on Find out more and send a message to the tree holder. A reply is not a foregone conclusion unfortunately.
If you would like any help to find out more let us know and we'll see what we can do.
For starters is this the family you mean - John is a widower in 1911. He has started to answer some of the questions on the original (wrongly if his wife is deceased), but it does show that they had 12 children born alive - so 4 have died since birth.

the Phyllis Irene Hailwood in the 1943 electoral register who married John Cameron
... had either recently arrived in Australia, or recently turned 21
our Phyllis was born in 1894 ... Australia death records currently go to 1985
I don't see a passenger record for Phyllis Hailwood travelling to Australia before 1943
so I'm tending to think the PIH who married Cameron is a younger person
aha, here is a record of the death of the son John, son of Phyllis Irene Hailwood and John Cameron
http://www.geni.com/people/John-Cameron/6000000003617217597
the notes for Phyllis make pretty much no sense in terms of the date of birth
Phyllis Irene Cameron(Hailwood) Birth: estimated between 1959 and 1965 [should be considerably earlier?] Immediate Family: Daughter of George Victor(Vic) Hailwood Wife of John(Jack) Cameron Mother of Bonello (Cameron); Elizabeth O'Connell and John Cameron Sister of Jack Hailwood and Horace Hailwood
but there is a photo of an older couple
and the person who manages the tree seems to be related to her daughter's in-laws
who also identifies her parents as George Victor and Catherine
Births Mar 1892 Hailwood George Victor Sheffield 9c 539
who seems to be the son identified in the 1901 census as
Victor Hailwood Son M 8 Sheffield, Yorkshire
so either the person whose tree it is, is hopelessly muddled
... or that Phyllis Irene was a niece of your Phyllis Irene
I would wonder whether she was named for a deceased aunt

Geo V Hailwood travelled to Sydney in March 1911, unaccompanied
the geni.com page quoted above identifies that PIH as
Sister of Jack Hailwood and Horace Hailwood
the only death with parents George/Victor and Catherine to 1985 is
1758/1925 HAILWOOD ELIZABETH C GEORGE V CATHERINE ANNANDALE
so he married sometime between 1911 and 1925 but I can't find a marriage (or before that in England) or death in the NSW index
Ryerson index has
http://ryersonindex.net/search.php
HAILWOOD George Victor Death notice 12MAY1954 Death Sydney Morning Herald 13MAY1954
there is a link at the geni.com page to contact the tree owner

could this possibly be your PIH?

Phyllis Irene Hailwood Birth: unknown Death: 1919 Note: Hailwood, Phyllis Irene Buried on: 08 May 1919 recorded at: Kirriemuir Cemetery (Angus) Burial: Kirriemuir Cemetery Kirriemuir Angus, Scotland
she is the only Hailwood shown in that cemetery
that death certificate can be obtained at scotlandspeople.gov.uk
someone at this site has in their tree
Phyllis Hailwood 1949 Arbroath (which is in Angus)
so a relation there perhaps?

in 1954, George Victor Hailwood, herbalist, and Horace Jasper Hailwood, sheet metal worker, are together on the electoral roll
so this would seem to be George/Victor's wife's death
29645/1970 HAILWOOD CATHERINE > JASPER CECILIA KATOOMBA
and I'm getting the feeling that since, now that I think, you are in Australia, all of this is known to you ...
http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/general_chat/thread/1357206
except I guess you would have known of that PIH and realised she was not the one born in 1894 in Sheffield ...
