Had great difficulty tracing James after 1841 census as his age is way out !!!
This is the family on 1851:

Well, it sems that the marriage above for James Fuller to Jane Beck will be the correct one (not Jane Bradbury who many people have on their trees)...
I followed the grandson William Winton from 1851 census as grandson of James and Jane.
In 1861 he is with his parents James Winton + Ann.
This looks to be the parents' marriage :
England & Wales, FreeBMD Marriage Index, 1837-1915 View Image View Record Name Ann Beck **** Registration Year 1844 Registration Quarter Jul-Aug-Sep Registration district Wandsworth Inferred County London Volume 4 Page 535 Household Members Name Age Caroline Aldridge Frances Atkinson Ann Beck Edward Burridge Charles Davies Isaline Pryor William Taylor James Winton ****
confirmed pairing here although Ann's surname is misspelled:
England, Select Marriages, 1538–1973 View Record Name James Winton Gender Male Marriage Date 15 Jul 1844 Marriage Place All Saints,Wandsworth,London,England FHL Film Number 0599302 IT 1, 307713, 307714, 307715 Household Members Name Age Ann Beek James Winton
As Ann's name is Beck she would probably be the daughter of Jane, either illigitimate or from a previous marriage?
This marriage looks very probable:
William Beck Jane White St Albans St Peters marriage register 2 May 1818

Oh Sheila - you do sound 'in a tizzy' ;-) :-D
Which bit is causing you the most confusion ?
What have we brought to light that differs from where you were going?
Did you say that you have your tree on Ancestry? - Is it a 'Public' tree that we can take a look at to see if we can help?
Dea Xxx
P.S. - Enjoy your 'stiff drink' but make sure you only have the one or you will be even more confused :-D :-D
