I think Robert Williamson may actually be Robert William Son.

There are also these births round about the same time but they are not mentioned in the will so may not be the correct family.

I think these reads Mary Williamson, wife of Robert and daughter of Elizabeth Thompson was buried 8 Jan 1713.
This fits in with Robert Williamson mentioned in the will.
There was also a William Thompson died 1712 but no idea how old he was or if he was Elizabeth's husband.

This marriage is written before the death I posted. Marriage was 17 April 1713 and death was in January 1713.
I wonder if this should have been carried over into 1714?

Alviegal -
Don't forget the old style calendar, when the year started on Lady day in March. So the year ran from March to March, not January- December. So it's quite likely that a death recorded for Jan 1713, is what we would call Jan 1714.
It would be perfectly possible to marry in April 1713, and then die the following January, which would also be 1713, according to the custom of the day, but would be Jan 1714, by our modern reckoning.
"From the 12th century to 1752, the civil or legal year in England began on 25 March (Lady Day)[7] so for example the execution of Charles I was recorded at the time in Parliament as happening on 30 January 1648 (Old Style).[8] In modern English-language texts this date is usually shown as "30 January 1649" (New Style).[1] The corresponding date in the Gregorian calendar is 9 February 1649, the date by which his contemporaries in some parts of continental Europe would have recorded his execution. In the 19th century, there was a difference of 12 days between the two calendars, so 25 March in the Julian calendar was 6 April in the Gregorian calendar, and 6 April is still the first day of the fiscal year in the United Kingdom."

Of course that all makes sense so they must be the same person. I wonder if the poor girl died in childbirth, she certainly wasn't married for very long.

EDIT In fact here is the burial in 1814 on this record so you are totally correct.

There are about four marriages on FMY for Barbara Thompson 1702. Could someone check to see if any of them married Thomas Race, thanks.

Hello, I have now received the Wills for Thomas and Elizabeth (but very difficult to read on screen). There is another daughter Rebecca and in Elizabeth's Will of 1718 she is at Levington which I think is probably Kirk Leavington/Levington which isn't too far from Eston, a spinster. Also, it states that Elinor is the wife of Richard and his surname looks like Day. There is a marriage for an Elinor Thomson without the P to a Richard Day on 26 January 1715 at Saint Olave, Hart Street, London. This is off Family Search. Is anyone able to look at another source for the marriage for any further details? Thank you.
