A tree on Ancestry (there are several featuring Arthur and Elizabeth) suggests they had one son and two daughters - names kept private on the tree.

Various trees say - as already posted by Mike - that they married in a registry office in Liverpool on 5 Nov 1962. No source given.

I can't see a record of that marriage.

If you search on FreeBMD for Knight / Doyle births after 1962, you'll see two possible daughters' births in the Cheshire/Lancs area.
