	Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me please?? I am trying to find any info on my husbands g grandad William John Thomas born about 1877 I know he married a lady called Harriet baker and had a daughter called Alice Harriet Thomas but that's all we know, what I am trying to find is his parents or where he was born etc and info would be a bonus. 	i know they married in June 1901 in woolwich but that's all I have Trudy :-)

	I found him on the 1901 census but before that I'm not sure. There were rumours in my husbands family that William was born in India but I don't know how to start that search? Trudy :-)

	There is a possible birth in 1876 in Woolwich reg district which include Charlton. Marriage cert would be useful anyway to confirm you find the right parents
