Chris.. That was my thread from 10 years ago, lol totally forgot about that one.. At least I waited 10 years before asking the same question haha. Yes he was an insurance agent at his time of death, Thank you all for the census returns it hard to figure out if it's him or not

Yes F Padbury was a witness to the marriage , no idea what the connection between him and Francis is thought.. Maybe he worked along side him

His fathers occupation was grocer, any sign of him in earlier census with his father? Yes I think they did spell his name wrong in the marriage record.. Normally Francis with an E is the female way off spelling it. But defiantly on marriage cert it is spelt with an I .
