Find Wren records

I understand my mum Annie Veronica Forsyth was a Wren when she met my dad in 1945 how would I find records please

Records of service are held by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and The National Archives (TNA).

https://www.gov.uk/get-copy-military-records-of-service

Apply to the MOD first. If they do not have a record, they will pass it on to TNA.
Be prepared to wait.......

If your Mum was a Wren Rating she will have been given her service record when she left. I was a Wren in the 1950's and I have all mine - the only records held by the MOD are basic dates of service.

If she was an Officer I'm not sure what the practice was. My OH was a Naval Officer and has most of his, but the WRNS may have been different.
