The only thing that I can think of is that I deleated my cookies and Temp files and I can get onto the site without any problems. I don't know if that is the reason but might be worth a try. Sue:-) |

Over the Christmas period I used the code to claim extra units, my credit went through for £5 but I only got the usual 55 units. I sent an email immediately with a copy of the email receipt they had sent me. One day during this week I received an apology email and I was told that my account had now been credited with, I believe another 11 units. Since then I have been unable to enter the 1837online website as it keeps repeating that I am timed out. I have however sent another email, but dont expect a reply until Tuesday 4th at the earliest. There is another thread on this board regarding being unable to access the 1837 website in the last few days. Pat |

Like Pat above, I too purchased units using the promotional code on 28th Dec. I did not receive my extra credits. I am still waiting for a reply to the email i have sent. Jackie x |
