All Siblings were born in India except Albert Henry/Charles Clemet and Jack born Islington the last of the children so I would presume that they were back in England from India between 1887 - 1889. Robert Victor on the other hand was was born in Marylebone 1871 so the Jillions family were away in India from 1870's when Mabel was born to 1889 when Albert was born. Lin

If Robert's father is off, jauntering round the world, Robert may be doing the same. He might be in the army, even if only for a short period. Have you considered looking at army records?

Robert Jillions father Robert was in the army based in India, but was back in England (Islington) by the late 1880's - found his parents and siblings in the 1891 census not Robert Jnr Lin

Lin Who are Robert's parents? Were they married? They ought (fingers crossed) to be in the Marylebone area in 1871. If his mother married/remarried after his birth, he might be under his step-father's name in 1881.

Hi Jess Robert Jillions (pronounced Fish Gill) married Elizabeth Gardner in Lancashire in 1894 but by 1901 he left her and went back to London - he's not in the 1901 census. I have tried to find him before marriage in the 1891 1881 census - zilch. Lin

The surname Jillions can be a real pain in the you know what as it is never and I mean never transcribed correctly - sometimes written how it is said.
