Have had a reply from the webmaster at the website Necromancer suggested. Apparently it stands for Old Berkeley Hunt, and was based near Aylesbury. Thanks again to all who helped. Debbie |

Tried googling and it came up with 'Old Berkshire Hounds'. Just type in OBH Hounds. Kath. x |

Hi Necromancer, Tried your web site, couldn't find anything, but have e-mailed the webmaster and asked his advice. Will let you all know, if I get my answer! In the meantime, thank you for your suggestions. Debbie |

Hi Debbie I just thought the H might mean Hunt and the OB either someones name or a place. There was an Offley Bottom in Kings Langley so maybe Offley Bottom Hunt? Not very helpful I'm afraid! Debby |

Hi Tina, Could be! This is daft, but because it looks like OBE, I jumped straight to Order of British Hounds!? lol Debbie |

I would have thought the OBH is the initials of the 'Hunt' or the master of hunt. See if you can find more info by clicking on next page or previous page. |

Have an occupation - Kennelman O.B.H. Does anyone know what these letters refer to. Have 'Googled' without any luck. Am fairly sure it is something to do with Hounds (as in fox hunting). Other occupations in the household include 'Hunstman to OBH'??? Debbie |
