Hi Kathleen. This happened to me.Underneath all the internet explorer buttons (eg Back, forward, stop, refresh and home) there should be a thin grey line. Hover your cursor over the line. It should turn to a black line with an arrow at each end. If not, right click and remove the tick from 'lock the toolbars' Hold down the left mouse button and drag downwards. This should then reveal your 'address Bar' I think I've got it right. Good luck - Shirli

Can you see the top bar with the File Edit View etc on it? My PC used to crash occasionally and remove some of the toolbars from my view. To fix it, I just rebooted.

When you click on View at the top of the page do you get Toolbar? If you click on toolbar, it should show you what is on it. You should have address bar with a tick next to it? If there is no tick, click on address bar. OK, well if the worse comes to the worse, why dont you just do a system restore to before this problem?

If you click on view and then tool bar it should show you what bar you have. I found that somehow Id got three different ones with ticks! Just click on the unwanted ones - like YAHOO and MSN or something to clear the ticks and then you should get back to your default one - I think
