Dennett Street is still there, it's postcode is LE3, near the centre of town so you should find it OK on a map. Elaine |

Greeting's & Welcome Gwyneth.... Looking on my 1904. Map ..... Standing on King Richard's Road. Looking up Dannett Street. On the left hand side of Dannett Street before Noble Street. There is a block of Houses behind what would be 28 Dannett Street with an alleyway leading up to these houses. On a Modern map.... A~Z Page 14. Grid ref. C 5. Going off Kate Street there is a walkway named Dannett's Walk This is where Fludes Terrace would have been. At the back of the Crow's Nest Public House. MIKE. |
