I had same problem today too. Mailed them and they got straight back and said they do have a problem with the site which they are working on and hope to get back to normal asap. Jan x

I havent been able to view anything all day - keep getting the Subscription 'pay-up' page whenever I do a search. They're on their 2nd e.mail ...............! Bev x

Sometimes that happens because they havent uploaded all the images yet. I had this problem for a while on one of the census for my great grandad in Solihull. A few months later it was there. Margaret

It could just be a problem with the particular image or database you are looking at. Try a different one and see if the same thing happens. Kate.

Is there a problem with Ancestry at the moment? I am trying to view an image, but keep getting 'Error processing image request' Anyone else getting this, or just me?
