Can anyone tell me why I can't add kids? Please

One particular couple, all the rest fine, can put siblings and parents....but is grey on kids and wont add. Please help and stop me cursing, thankyou |

Have put the parents names on....now trying to add their off spring......just this one couple.....but the bit you click on to add children wont do it.....it is genes.....all other family ok.......just these two |

Dear Lemon Nelly When I'm having problems with adding people to the new style tree I go back and use the old style, I still find it much easier to use and you don't have to fill in so many bl***y boxes! You have my sympathy! Regards Carley |

Have you tried adding them on the old tree programme? They will show up on your new tree. Heather |
