Jeanette, I don't think that is the right George in 1891, as although Ancestry has transcribed his birth year as c. 1889, if you look at the image he is actually 23 years old and married, so can't be the right one, as Angela's George would only be about 3 years old. UPDATE - sorry, yes there is also a 2 year old George on the image, but I think his parents are also there as George and Susannah, and not Frederick, although I could be wrong. Kath. x

LOL i just can't seem to see that family in the 1881 or 1891 census they must be there some where jeanette just seen message above I forgot he was a lodger in 1881 so where is he in 1891

The Frederick in the family Jeannette found in 1901 could be the same Frederick from the 1881 census, as he was only a lodger then. It looks to me as if this 1901 family is the right one, since 'Georgy' was born in Birmingham. Kath. x

This is the only Frederick Jones, baker, I've managed to come up with in 1881, which would be before George Evan Jones was born, but since George's middle name was Evan, which sounds Welsh, and this Frederick is from Wales, it could be a possibility:- Emma Bevan abt 1807 Birmingham, Warwickshire, England Head 95 Summer Lane, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England Louisa Bevan abt 1842 Birmingham, Warwickshire, England Daughter 95 Summer Lane, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England ***Frederick Jones*** abt 1855 Wales Lodger 95 Summer Lane, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England Kath. x
