You would just get the reference numbers which would enable you to order the certificate from the GRO. If you give the name on here I'll have a look for you. Kath. x

Ancestry gets it's BMD information from FreeBMD and you get exactly the same info - name, district, page, volume number. You still have to order the certificate to get parents names etc. Sam x

There is a possibility that this is her in the 1891 census. Although she is transcribed as Beatrice R, Anderson, the enumerator uses very curly writing and looking at the image it could be a K, Hurdle, Alice abt 1867 Aldgate, London, England Wife Poplar London Hurdle, Archibald J abt 1890 Poplar, London, England Son Poplar London Hurdle, William abt 1865 Poplar, London, England Head Poplar London Hurdle, William E abt 1890 Poplar, London, England Son ****Anderson, Beatrice R ****abt 1882 Poplar, London, England Visitor Poplar London Poplar London I could send you the image if you send me a message with your email address, so you can see for yourself. There is the name Kitchener on the next page which looks like it starts with an R because of the writing. Kath. x

Thanks for looking Kath, I should've been more clear. Beatrice Kate was in Scotland on the1891 census living with her grandmother and uncle. Which records office would I be able to look up her birth in 1881? Kindest regards x
