Debs - Yes - once you have viewed a page - you can go back to it at anytime without further cost .............. :O)) I'd seen this thread earlier, and came back now cos I have just gone on 1837 and it is agonisingly slow !!!!!!!!!! I wonder if it could be increased usage due to the recent offers of half price units and (like I took advantage of) the unlimited use 3 year subscription ??? Just what till the new 'Who do you think you are' starts next week lol |

Silly queston about this site.. If you pay to view a page can you then go back and look at it again for free? I have emailed them to ask this but as yet no answer. Debs x |

If you email them and tell them you are having problems getting in! I did this before and they gave me free credits and apologised so if you ain't happy email them Zoe x |

me too, slow to log in, pages slow to load, and then script error when viewing results. |

Hi Linda, If you mean is it slow? then yes. does it bring up blank pages and then loses the server again the answer is yes!! It goes ok for a while then crashes.. Debs x |

Just tried 1837 and it seems OK but different to last time I looked which was ages ago. Have another go - it may have just been a glitch. |
