I have my grandfather on the 1901 with his family.He is a printer aged 18. His name was George henry FORD born Walsall 1882. but... I cant find them on 1891. Head was Henry ford. wife was Elizabeth ford. Maybe grandad was 'known as' Henry? or maybe I have been looking for too long! Any help much appretiated. Gerri.

Theres another problem in this family.... They had a twin birth.. Rose and Violet born 12-10-1889. (got the certs) but!...as you can see Violet has gone on the 1901 and for the life of me I cant find a death for her! I dont think they could have given her away as they had another daughter a fews years after....named Lily...they musta liked flowers lol Gold star to who ever finds my Violet? Gerri.

I suppose it's possible the enumerator missed her out when he was copying from the householders sheet to the folio?? After all, he may have written Rose aged 12 and then moved his finger down to the next child aged under 12, not realising there were two of them (if you see what I mean) I think she may have died later: Deaths Dec 1906 Ford Violet 17 Walsall 6b 427 But it's only a hunch......
