I think Sue Johnstone's programme was the best out of both series. Kath. x |

The best thing to do is to 'forget' you ordered them. I have one which I destroyed all knowledge of - I can't remember whether I ordered it or not, - SO - IF it arrives I will be very pleasantly surprised but at least I am not 'waiting' for it. Works for me. Dea x |

I ordered one with despatch date 10th April, arrived yesterday (11th April), so they seem to be on track, just a very long wait before the despatch date. Kath. x |

A couple of months I think. However, someone mentioned that the Ancestry BMD has something to do with the backlog this time as well, so it'll probably take longer. |

i don't think it was the programme this time i think its because you can search the BMD index for free I ordered about 10 that I wouldn't have done if not free to search Jeanette |

;0) Ooooh I'll reserve judgement then. At a bit of a full stop til they arrive and want to get moving again. How long after WDYTYA last year did it take to go back to normality ? |

The date they give is the date they (estimate they will) send it, not the date it should arrive. Always allow 2-3 working days from that date :) |

I have just ordered three certs today, with estimate of 8th May. I waited way beyond estimated time last time. Have they caught themselves up again? Thanks |
