If you click on to 'My Account Details' it will tell you if you opted for continous membership(automatically taken from your card) or one year membership. I think you should receive an e-mail about renewel Probably best to telephone if you are worried. |

Lesley If you opted for one year, when you tell them to renew they ask whether they should use the same card details as last time (so you don't have to enter again). I should think they do the transaction as soon as you say renew (take the money from the account), but your membership will be to 19 April 2007. Carol |

If you are continous membership and it holds ANY credit card detail it will automacally debit that card when you click on the renew reminder. The site doesnt have anyway of amending credit cards which is a B nusance if you have changed cards, plus I understand if you put your membership to annual so you can reimput a new card detail you pay £9.50 on renewal You can see I,m a litlle 'put out' with the system as it debitted an old card when i renewed even tho i didnt have that card anymore & the C/C people accepted it 'as I had authorised it by giving the C/C no' Shirley |

Hi I got an email stating if i wanted to continue with membership it would cost 9.50 but I thought it was cheaper if you were already a member and 9.50 if you are a newbie...? Lesley :~) |

And I didn't get an email either. After seeing that some people were paying £9 something, I contacted GR about it and was told if you 'check' the automatic / continuous renewal, then it would be the price that you paid before; so I did that. I then entered my credit card details. |

Thanxs Marion. So hopefully I will get charged what I paid first time...I think that it is only fair you get it cheaper if you continue your membership.... Isnt it odd how some people get emails and some dont.... Lesley :~) |

well i was continuing my membership ,not upgrading, BUT as i have changed credit cards it treats me like a newcomer which is a bit annoying. all I'm doing is amending the card they can debit, cant see the difference to them |

SHIRLEY I would send an email to Gr team and explain all you have done is change cards and that they should already have your name etc on list so you should be charged cheaper rate...thats just not fair It might only be a couple of pounds cheaper but its still your money.... Lesley :~) |

Thats Bad Shirley :~( Surely they could refund it you....they probably cant be bothered and think well its only 2 pounds but if they did that to everybody they would make an ENORMOUS profit its not right Lesley :~0 |
