I can't find an LDS center!

I live in Guiseley near Leeds in West Yorkshire, but have tried searching on the website for Leeds, Bradford, York, Wakefield but cannot find one. Does anyone know where there is a centre other than Sheffield? |

You can go online at http://www.familysearch.org/ I think they have the same info as the actual office. |

You can order films at the family centre of registers NOT on the website. The main one in London (opposite the Science Museum) has a lot of parish records on film which aren't on the website. nell |

I think there must be something wrong with the search for family history centres on the LDS site, because I put in Billingham, Teesside, where I know there IS a centre, and it still came up with nothing. Kath. x |

Hi Tom Still on the Wakefield trail i see. Strange only last week i looked up a couple of the offices for someone on here,now there are no results at all. Perhaps there is an update going through,otherwise i don't know what to suggest. Glen |

Tom There is definately one in Leeds I just Googled this . Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Lister House, Lister Hill, Horsforth, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS18 5AZ ... Tel: 0113 258 4221. I don't think this is where you are able to order your films but if you phone them they should tell you where the other one is. Eve |

Hi Tom Found these on Google. Mormon Family History Centre Vesper Road. Leeds. MFHC Halifax Road Huddersfield. They should also be in the phone directory. Regards Pauline |
