Well you need the info first from the death cert .hopefully it will show the address of the deceased then you can Google for the local council & try their parks & cemeteries dept giving them all the info from the cert & hopefully they can come up with the burial details. Shirley

Depending on when and where it was, it may be on the NBI (national burial index) discs. If you post the details you have, I will look Linda

stacy i had great luck finding out about buials and grave locations from my local council. they will have a cemeteries dept. i knew the name and year of death and they gave me the date of burial and who else was in the plot. i confirmed this with the local records at the library and i have found graves for my great great grandparents. so good luck love linda x x

He isn't on the NBI discs, that would have been too easy!!! I am afraid you will have to get the cert to get the date of death and then contact the cemeteries department and get them to do a search. Linda

I have just loked at the complete death index, but I can't see a Thomas Feeney registered as a death in Leeds in 1943, or in the first quarter of 1944 Linda

Hi Stacey A few weeks ago I'd come to a brick wall with regard to my Grt GM (was supposedly married 3 times but could find no records) I was told by my Aunt that she thought she was buried in Queens Rd Cem in Croydon which is a huge place, possibly with my Aunt who died at a few months old. In desperation I emailed Queens Rd Cem with very vague details...just Christian name and 4 possible Surnames. The next day I recieved a reply! What was a common grave turned out to be more like a family plot! Found my Aunt, Grt Uncle, Grt GF and my Grt GM! Was then able to to find death record, 2 marriage records for my Grt GM. Only downside is that my Grt GM never married my Grt GF!...but at least they are together now.
