My house is a tip i've been sat here most of the day! But got some new info a few hrs ago and cant resist searching more. I've found a Jane Dix born abt 1836 married to a Richard dix born abt 1829 ranging to 1834 He was born Norfolk her Staithes North Yorkshire I have been told by a family member her maiden name was Hopper but can't find her in 41/51 I know the maiden name is hearsay at the moment but all other info was correct so i cant see why it's incorrect. My Jane and Richard had a daughter Charlotte abt 1863 can anyone link them together anywhere? Any help appreciated

Think I've found them in 1841, but can't get the record to come up, but if you put Robert Canoy (this spelling) in the search and England and Yorkshire for the country and county, you will find Jane Hopper's family just below him, but I'm not sure what they are transcribed as.
