Apologies if you have all found this site, but I happened upon it and thought I should share it, it is www.britishislesgenweb.org. Simply scroll down, enter England as country and it will give you a list of counties. I entered Leicestershire and it had several parish records on line, I found a marriage I had been looking for for ages!! Hope this site is as lucky for you all. Karen x P.S Just been back on and clicked Gloucesteshire, no parish records this time, but wonderful coloured map of the area and lots of contact phone numbers, seems every county may be different!

Thanks Fuzzy I found a few^parishes in Devon listed that I can't find elsewhere, I guess that means they do exist. Can someone tell me where I'd have to go to view them (I live in France but should be back in the summer for a couple of weeks) - I'm looking in South Devon, Newton Abbot area sarah :-)
