That one looks very likely, Chrissie. Jean Paul and John Paul are the same, pronounced the same and there are a lot of French Canadian families in New Hampshire, it borders on Quebec. |

hopefully Zoe's MIL's birth certificate or Bessie's marriage certificate gives good details about what his military regiment was and that would settle whether it could be the one I added .... probably Zoe does know that info so Jean P Dube doesn' t fit but she can let us know :-) |
