Stuck on a census... Help, please.

Hi. I've been searching in the 1911 census and the subject was easy to find but he is down as being with 4 siblings and no adults at the house. How do I find his parents now ? |

I thought that they all had to be on the same page but if you are right, without knowing the names of the parents, how would I bring up the page before ? Sorry for being a numpty. |

I believe that you can approach GR and they will inform you, or there is a complicated way of doing it which was explained on Tips, or you can ask someone on the boards to help. |

Thanks Janet. Much appreciated. The one that I've nailed is 6 on this census so can't go back and the 1901 doesn't seem to have him. |

depending on how old he was ( or an older sibling perhaps) you could look on 1881 |
