Her maiden name will be on your mother or father's birth cert.

Working back from your name, it's actually Dudden:

There are 2 Snook/Dudden marriages in Shepton Mallet so it's impossible to tell who her parents are.

Not into the full swing yet. Maybe repeating things.
Penny's mum is Robins. Mum's brother David, 3 years younger. Both the children of Mr Robins and Ms Dudden.
Robins/Dudden marriage as Rose has posted, Jessie A and Edward W.C.
Penny, unless you know different (i.e. have some evidence), I suggest that Rose is right on that so far. Jessie's husband might have been known to his family as George, but it doesn't seem that was his birth name from the marriage that she has found.
Jessie doesn't seem to have been recorded as Jessica. She is Jessie Augusta. Maybe her ancestors were Scottish, cos Jessie is a Scottish alternative for Janet, and a name in it's own right.
The birth for Jessie has mmn Snock on Ancestry - ever wrong!
Henrietta Snook married John J H F Dudden, Shepton Mallet 1914 as per mgnv's find. No, Rose, I'm not seeing two marriages. What was your other one?
Agree all mgnv's uncles and aunts for your mum. Sound's like you don't know much about her, so you might find this info new to you.
I'm not finding any marriage to a Jessica Dudley (or any other spelling) and a George Robins.
I think what we have found is correct.
You could determine the correct maiden name of your mother from her birth certificate. I would strongly suggest you purchase that if your mum has not got it.
We don't "discover" our ancestors' names, we research and prove it. Too many of us have listened to relatives who have got it wrong.
Hope you do well in your research.
Best wishes
