Does anyone know anything of Joseph who was a horse dealer in 1895 and in 1901 was a coach driver. He married Annie Irene Barrow 1859-1911 - we have stories in family of his piracy in coach world can't validate though- any info at all |

You didn't answer the question about his marriage - where did you get the name of his 'wife'? |

I couldn't find a record of marriage - first child, Marjorie born 1895 so I think marriage a bit before then. Annie Irene is confirmed by 1911 census that she filled in and Burrows as maiden name comes from family info |

The mother's name will be on Marjorie's birth cert |

Yes I followeed this through excitedly and then found that this teacher , child of George & Matilda never married in 1901 and 1911 she is unmarried so is a different Annie Burrows - |

You won't resolve this until you get a child's birth cert..................even then, it will depend on the accuracy of the info provided. |

Flick I have now great Aunt Marjories birth cert. and you were quite correct - we had the wrong surname - now that I have that (thanks to your advice) I will search myself - it is not Burrows it is Annie Irene Barrow and in 1895 Joseph Turner was a horse dealer so very interesting addition to my knowledge |
