Has anybody had problems receiving certificates?
I ordered one 18th march and as yet not received it.

Also I was wondering if they double up on ref nos ie.
I have my husbands grandad Keighley west yorks J/A/S 1887 9a 197.
My uncle the one I have sent for,Keighley J/F/M 1902 9a 197.

Last time I ordered - about a month ago - they came within less than a week.

As far as refs go yes they do. The Volume i.e. 9a always stays the same for a particular district, until such time as they do a re-organisation of districts, so could last for several decades. Small districts often share the same Volume Number

Page Number starts again from 1 for each quarter.

It is possible that they are experiencing a higher than usual demand due to the proposed increased fee in a few days.

Mine took two and a half weeks, just arrived yesterday - must be a delay due to the april price hike

Yep - mine late too - 5 with despatch date 26th March not received yet.

Keeping my fingers crossed for delivery before Easter as they were a birthday pressie to myself!!

Yes,I thought they had a back log with all the orders due to increase,it isn't important but it is annoying.

I ordered 7 on 19th March, estimated delivery 25th but have received nothing yet.

They must be absolutely mowed out with certificate orders, especially as it gets nearer to the date when they go up.

They have took my money though already!!!

The site says there is a delay in dispatching the certificates.

I ordered 3 on Sunday, estimated despatch date 6th April which is longer than normal. I didn't get the automated e-mail confirming my order so I have rang to check they recieved it which they did.

With the system being updated due to the price increase and other changes they are having a few 'blips'. The lady confirmed they were being inundated with requests due to the price increase so people were having to wait longer than usual.
