Depending on their ages he may well have had to farm them out to members of his family or even his neighbours. He would have needed to work to keep them from the workhouse. |

can anyone give me any help with 1851 cencus i can find the father but none of his four children his wife had died in 1850.the four girls are back with him on yth 1861 cencus.Has anyone any ideas where to look for them. |
