yes thats them in 1861 interesting point about naming about the daughters but as you say not conclusive. the other problem i have is where is david taylor b1832 in the 1851 census |

i have him in the 1861 census but he is married so no brothers or sisters, i cannot find him in the 1851 census |

Are there any names of brothers and sisters with either family that you recognise?...... to be back in 1841 you must have traced David back from a later census..... work from the family that you know is definetly him in 1851 or 1861 and then try and match them. |

i have hit a brick wall with the 1841 census, i am looking for a david taylor, b,1832, salford lancashire, father david taylor, taken from his marraige cert, but there are two of them in the census both same age and fathers david, how do i decide which one i want. |
