i managed to get a marriage cert today for my gg grandparents, i wanted to find out ages and parents names which i have but now i'm stuck because i can't find them on any census.or an i just being stupid. i know they could have lied about ages but, nothing seems too match. am i missing somthing. please can someone help!!

they married April 1913 in Southwark. Albert Thomas Ferguson and Lily Osgood. Albert says he's 22 and Lily 21. alberts father is lited at afred (deceased) Ferguson and lilys as John Osgood.

i notice that a W.G Ferguson was a witness this could be a relative!!

please can someone help me. :D

it says he was a bricklayer (j........man) ?? sorry i cant work it out. i also found the birth eric mentioned but cannot find her in the census. i suppose its possible that osgood was not spelt that way in the census so i can't find it or they simply wern't around.

I don't see any Ferguson births with mother's maiden name Osgood. Was Osgood definitely her maiden name?

yes the daughter was milicent born in 1914, however the maiden name has been spelt orsgood. but it was osgood.
