Just one point - the fact that John is stated as being "of full age" on the marriage cert would mean any age over 21yrs - so he could well have been a much older man than his wife. |

I have been looking for a family in the 1871 census, and because they have such a common name surname and even their Christian names are so very common, I have not been lucky so far. |
