Do you think this might be the family in 1901? Occupation for Thomas is good. There is a daughter Sarah of the right age born in Openshaw.
Thomas is a widower and seeing him on the 1911 census has a son Thomas of the right age.

Hello
I am wondering if someone would be kind enough to help me find any records for Elizabeth Ellen Heap and parents Thomas Heap and Mary Welch/Welsh. I have been looking on Ancestry with any success for quite some time.

I have purchased Elizabeth's birth certificate which reveals she was born on the 20th May 1889 in Openshaw, Lancs. Her father was Thomas Heap an Iron Moulder and her mother Mary Heap formerly Welsh. Address 8 Neville Street, Openshaw.

I have found the family on the 1891 census however can find nothing else for Elizabeth or her parents before her marriage on the 18th November 1913 to Thomas Robert Waybourn (also later spelt Waybourne) in Farnborough, Hartley Wintney. Her name on this is Elizabeth Nellie Heap aged 24 and her father is Thomas Heap a Brass Moulder (deceased). Elizabeth Ellen Waybourne died in 1958 in Surrey.

Thank you for reading this and hope you can help.
Thank you
Graham
