19 November 1910 - Hull Daily Mail - Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire,

A GAINSBOROUGH DISAPPEARANCE
Mrs Lucy Bartlett, of Alfred-street, left her home on October 27th, and has not been heard of since. Mrs Bartlett is about 34 years age, slight build, average height, with dark wavy hair and pale complexion. She was seen on the day of her disappearance, and was then wearing a black sailor hat, dark grey jacket and skirt. She was carrying a dress basket. There was no reason for Mrs Bartlett to leave home, but as she had not had the best of health lately, her disappearance has caused much anxiety. It is thought she might be in the Doncaster district, and as she is not well, information as to her whereabouts will be gladly received by her husband, or it may be given to the Police.

Thank you so much for your time......I had no idea about the daughter Margaret.

Whatever happened regarding Lucy disappearing after leaving her home on Oct 27th 1910......the family were back together again in 1939.

Maybe it was something to do with the death of daughter Margaret?
