Thank you all for your replies. This is the first time I have posted a message so was not quite sure of the best way to word it or how much info I needed to put in so will now try to clarify my request. I have managed to trace the Pay family back to William b1721 through Church records both in direct line and details of many siblings. Henrietta had a daughter Ann b1842 Goodnestone and a son James Japheth b1847 London (my g-grandfather) both were illegitimate. When Henrietta is shown in London in the 1851 census James Japheth is at Alkham in Kent where he lived until he died in1909. I have not been able to find a marriage or death record for Henrietta or any further census recordsThe birth of James Japheth was not registered.

I'd wondered about that marriage before, safc.
However, it looks like this couple. This Henrietta's POB is variously Bermondsey, Surrey or Ipswich, Suffolk, in different censuses. And she's ten years younger than Patricia's Henrietta.
