Find Ancestors

Could someone please look at the U.S. social security application for Hugh O'Hagan and Ellen Butler and perhaps any passenger lists they might be on.
Hugh was born in Ireland c 1862 and Ellen born in Calton, Glasgow 1860.
They are both on the 1901 Scottish census living at 31, Kirk Street .

but I don't think this is my Hugh, my Hugh's parents were Patrick and Catherine Devlin .

I saw on Ancestry under the heading U.S. Social security Applications, and the name Hugh OHagan and Ellen Butler , I am a bit confused as I have the death cert. for Ellen butler in Glasgow in 1940 and I wondered if at some point they had gone to the U.S and then returned to Glasgow.

On the 1901 census in Glasgow there are 3 children, Patrick b 1895, John b 1899 and Margaret b.1900
