She was a Barnardo's child, a domestic, and I think it says she's going to a brother.

That is probably the one Argyll gran because her brother James Harry was over there with Barnados, as her mother had neglected some of her children. was quite sad really as James was sent to Canada then came back for WW1 and died in 1916, so not a happy life. thank you all for all your help

So she went to USA?

Well, if that's her, she appears to have done so.
