Looking for a George Henley,b c 1856,a miller / journeyman, who had a daughter born c 1881 called Mary Henley ,who married Charles Jenkins 1907.
We believe they came from Sussex area and any help or guidance would be most welcomed.

My battery's about to run out but if you look for the above family in later census, they have a daughter Mary who I think is actually a granddaughter and probably your Mary.

Hi Shirley,
It`s Mary`s birth that i am after,but at the moment i haven't a clue.
I have a marriage certificate and her death certificate and know she came from Sussex area and her dad was George Henley,this is all i have at present.
The certificates are in my keep safe area on this site.
Mary,was 26 in 1907 when she married, and died in Droxford 1936, and was brought back to Gosport for burial at Anns Hill Cemetery

I think this may be your Mary. Look at the age gap between the two youngest children.

This is ever so familiar - I'm pretty sure I remember finding the death of Mary in Droxford RD. It covered Wickham village close to Fareham, where Mary died at Knowle hospital ?

Of course, can't find the thread at the moment.
