I have been in contact with a gentleman through ancestry who has a almost identical tree to mine. Joseph Thomas Niblett 1934 father Joseph is the oldest brother of my grandfather. So back to J T Niblett 1934 my query is this...

I had Joseph married to Frances Neild 1968 Bolton. 2 sons John 1960 and Joseph 1963. However, the person I am in contact with says that Joseph T Married Ethel McCoy in 1953 and had

Jean 1953, Frederick 1957, David 1959, Christine 1962 and Stephen 1963.

1968 looks to be a second marriage,,,,,the first wife seems to re-marry later in 1972.

The earliest English /Wales birth for a J T Niblett is 1934 so the conclusion is hes the same man,just married twice.

A lady by the name of Patricia A... but using free bmd and Ancestry I have been unable to prove this marriage.

Perhaps freebdm havnt transcribed 1968 by the letter N yet.is when the likely marriage took place.

Is that Frederick born ca 1957??

The earliest he could have married would be ca 1975

Is it possible that it is a recent marriage ................... freebmd is only intending to go up to 1975/1980, and ancestry does not have many after 2006

you might have to buy the marriage certificates, especially the second one, but it certainly looks as if it is a remarriage.

The births of Stephen A and Joseph T were both registered in ecember quarter 1963, in the registration districts where Joseph Thomas married
