Find Ancestors

I would very much appreciate any assistance in finding information on my 2xGt Grandfather and his parents.

Gt. Gt. Grandfather Francis Drake b. about 1766 – d. possibly 1838 in Gloucestershire. I have been unable to find a birth place.
He was married to Mary Davis in 1802 in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire.
The Banns state "both of this Parish". Witnesses: Thomas Davis and Samuel D Leemer? This name is hard to read.

They had three children:
Harriet b 1803 Eli b. 1805 and Lemuel b. 1810 all in Bisley, Gloucestershire. I have been able to find all of their details and their families.
