If the deaths posted are correct (which looks very likely), then the Dublin marriage looks right. If you look at the death registrations on Scotlandspeople, the informants may have been able to name Patrick and Cecelia's parents including the mothers' maiden surnames if known. Certainly buying a copy of the Irish marriage certificate will give the fathers' names and occupations if known.

If Cecilia required hospital treatment before she died, the family may have claimed Poor Reflief. Those records have survived and are held in The Mitchell Library in Glasgow and are indexed by surname. Those records are particularly helpful when searching for Irish ancestors as they often name parents and say where in Ireland the family were from. They usually list the children of the claimant and give their current whereabouts.
