Potty, thanks. have looked for Mary Ann, with no luck. If it's the Wilkinson family tree it is my cousin's...we're both trying. |

Have you managed to trace this women back? Presumably married to Peter's father's brother? |

Is it your tree on Ancestry that has Catherine dying in 1864 and Peter remarrying to Ann Gattenby in 1867? If it is the same Peter who married both women, he says on the second marriage that he is batchlor, not a widower; father's name John but he is shown as a joiner on the second marriage. |

have traced back to Peter Hughes born in 1840.But can't find him before his marriage to Catherine Colley in 1859, in manchester. He is not showing up on 1841 or 1851 census. We know he was born in Manchester from the 1861 census. He died in 1885. I have his death cert and copy of his will. Any help or advice would welcome, please! |
