Looking at a map of the area around Anick, it is close to Hexham, Corbridge, Acomb, and Wall - all of which if you Google would appear to have churches but not necessarily at the time you are interested in. There may be more.
It might be best for you to contact local Archives and enquire with them what churches they hold records for at that time. They would be able to tell you what churches there were in that area

Anick and Alnwick are two different places some miles apart, but that wouldn't preclude a marriage in Anick.

Church of England Records.
St John Lee, St John of Beverly: Records of baptisms 1669-1961, marriages 1664-1983 and burials 1664-1983 are available at Northumberland Archives Service. Bishops' Transcripts for the periods 1740-1744, 1751-1778 and 1780-1836 are deposited at the Borthwick Institute, University of York, and those for the period 1837-1858 are deposited at Durham University Library Archives and Special Collections, Palace Green, Durham City. A lot of the population of Northumberland at that time were non-conformist.
The non-conformist records are separate from the parish records but the Northumberland County Records office at Ashington have a lot of the non-conformist records transcribed so they are quite easy to search through if you have an appriximate date.
The staff are very good and would probably check for you if you asked (although it is some years since I did any research up there so things might have changed).
