	Many thanks Maddie That must have been why I could not find it, no place of birth stated. I will take it as born Ilkeston as Basford was the Reg. in 1907 and he stayed there all his life. Thanks again.

	Trying to find this persons exact place of birth, was registered Basford Nottm. In 1911...... James Davis b.1907 (exact) living in Basford, Ilkeston (is listed as Nottm. but is Derbys. Can't see it on Ancestry. Thanks in advance.
